Why should I join the Spread Firefox Affiliates Program?
Firefox keeps getting better and more people are using it every day. You can help spread the word about the world's best browser by placing buttons and banners on your website or blog. When people click on your buttons or banners and download the latest version of Firefox you get points and the chance to be a Featured Fox.

How do I get started?
Sign up here! All that's required is a valid email address to get started.

How do I add a button to my Website or blog?
After you choose your favorite button, all you need to do is copy the source code and paste it anywhere on your website or blog to start getting points. For detailed instructions on how to add buttons to specific websites or blogs, click here.

How do I earn Spread Firefox Affiliates points?
As an affiliate, you earn points for each time somebody clicks on your button and downloads Firefox. We keep track of your points with your affiliate id. At this time, you receive points for a download of Firefox or Thunderbird. Each download is currently worth 1 point.

How do I earn a spot on one of the Top Fox lists?
There are two ways that affiliates are ranked based on points. The Top 5 Foxes are those affiliates that have received the most points within the last week. The Top Fox movers are those that have climbed the most number of spots in rank over the past seven days. Your points can get you and your website highlighted as a Featured Fox.

What is a Featured Fox?
If you have enough points to be ranked in the Top 250 Affiliates you have a chance to win the quarterly drawing to become a Featured Fox. The drawing happens four times a year and selects winners randomly from the Top 250 Affiliates. Winners receive an exclusive SFx Affiliates t-shirt and are promoted on the Affiliates Homepage in the Featured Fox box. You will be notified by email if you’ve been selected as a winner.
