Valuable Consumer Research

I believe that what I have is a decent view of the moods and feelings that average end users feel towards Firefox when they come across an Internet related technical problem.
I'm from AccessFirefox.org (provides Firefox accessibility content) and I receive several e-mails per week from people seeking Firefox support. Now if I were smart, I'd build a free Firefox e-mail support service, but I'm just one dude and I have things to do. Now I consider myself to be a Mozilla ambassador so I feel obligated to reply to all of the e-mails to inform the senders on what Access Firefox is, and to direct them to the proper places to get Firefox help and support. If I can assist them with their problem, then I do so but the e-mails are increasing in frequency and I simply don't have the time to keep up. So I increased the visibility of the statement that kindly directs people to Firefox support. We'll see what happens with that but for now, I'm posting a few of those e-mails. I think that there is valuable consumer research information there.

Everytime i visit a windows media player site, my firefox closes. I have installed the plugin but i still closes. It used to work, but now it doesn't work.

Comments: I just downloaded firefox and am using it as my web browser, my ISP is peoplepc and I cannot locate my favorites that were transferred when I made the firefox my primary browser.
Can u tell me where they are and/or how i gain access to them?

Comments: ok. probably a dumb question... Is Firefox an Internet provider? I currently have MSN. Do I need both a web browser and internet provider?

Comments: Why do I keep loosing all my bookmarks every time you modify or update your product. I am sick of having to re-find all of my favorite sites every couple of weeks. What can I do to prevent this? If we can't find away around this I will find a different browser!
