Distribute T-shirt in student's residence

hello everybody,
i have an idea and i would to realise it, I'm student in university of SOUISSI in Rabat Morocco. I live in student's residence international, the aim is to distribute CD's or T-shirt of firefox in my student's residence, PLZ i need help.
