Would Someone Explain This To Me?

I've been away for the most part, except for a brief appearance a month back. When I check in today, I see that the worthless ego "points" that I have earned has dropped to 19. Also, I am not subscribed to groups (which explains why the e-mail stopped coming). What's up with this?

Emails aren't being sent

Also we're checking the points issue, not sure what's up with that.
