Support Firefox Day

We're excited to kick off our third Support Firefox Day. Join us for interactive sessions and learn about Firefox 3's new features like the new Smart Bookmarks and Smart Location bar. You'll also get to know about us (support.mozilla.com) and Firefox 3's web-based help and how you can make a difference.

Support Firefox day will kick off around 10am PDT and will include the following sessions

  • Overview of the new UI with Director of Firefox Development Mike Connor
  • In-depth look at the new Smart Bookmarks and History with User Experience Designer Alex Faaborg
  • The Awesome Bar and You with Lead Places Developer Dietrich Ayala
  • Advanced Tips & Tricks with the Mozilla community. Master the bookmarks system and learn quick tips about features you might not know exist.
  • Helping users with the Firefox Support community. We'll show you how to get started helping users with problems and troubleshooting problems. Anyone can get started, you don't have to be an expert!

Spark or Psi?

Hello,

I see Mozilla advises us to use Spark as a Jabber IM client. I don't mind trying Spark as it is libre software but I was wondering if Psi could do the trick as I have it on my Ubuntu Hardy.

Edit: Okay, I see why we need Spark -- it's because the server side is OnPenFire, so Psi perhaps couldn't be used.
