Cool video, pictures and media coverage of Download Day?
Hi all: I am collecting collateral materials to be sent to Guinness World Record. Please comment with any links to coverage from your city or country on Download Day, or links to pictures. I have a lot of media coverage from the US, Argentina, Brazil and Europe (http://standblog.org/blog/post/2008/06/19/Firefox-3-launch-press-coverag...), but I'd love to see articles and blog posts from other parts of the world.
Thanks!

I didn't see Time.com on your list of U.S. press coverage. It's a pretty decent story considering that Time falls under the same ownership as AOL and AOL uses Microsoft's Trident layout engine. At least at last time I checked.

What is Open Source? A philosophy, a social dynamic?
Is it really “democratic”?
Does it produce better software?
Or is it just…cool?

The Mozilla Digital Memory Bank is an interactive archive that is trying to document the history of Mozilla products. To that end, we’re trying to get as much collected about Download Day 2008 as possible.
You can contribute your own videos, images and memories, as well as to browse the histories left by others. Help us build the history of Open Source at http://mozillamemory.org by:
* Uploading images and documents,
* Creating a short video,
* Sharing a story,
* Responding to a brief questionnaire, or
* Volunteering for an interview.
Thanks! I hope we hear from some of you soon!
