Certificate for help

I got an email that we set up a new World Record. Everything is ok I'm clicking on link where I can download my own certificate, it sends me to another site where I should put my name, and here is the problem. After putting my name down and clicking submit, the new page is start to loading but its not working :( . I'm trying for couple of hours and nothing. Page is loading, loading... and then stop. Blank screen and in the left pottom corner it says finish :( . Could you please tell me if there is different way to download this certificate ??

I have Firefox set to save PDFs and not load them because as good as my connection speed is, it's still quicker for me to download and open a PDF with Acrobat, plus it puts a copy of the PDF on my desktop for whenever I want to access it. You can see for yourself if it is indeed a PDF issue by going to Tools > Options > Applications > Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Document (or whatever version) then select Save File. Once you click on Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Document, a drop down menu will be available to change the settings.
