For the Record Tools

We've got two major tools today, the mailing list and the SFX project here.

The mailing list has receives two kinds of messages. The first is inputs from non-members. These are the stories and articles being told about Mozilla, Firefox, and the Open Web that our community want's FTR to address. The second kind of message is the discussion from list members. This is probably not an ideal solution and we should figure out if it makes sense to continue with that or to transition to something more convenient.

The FTR project group here at SFX offers a decent arsenal of tools that could be easily adapted to many of the FTR activities, including discussion forums (what you're reading now,) document creation and storage, file storage, a mailing list, RSS feeds, a group calendar, and more.

Those are the tools we have today. How should we use them and what additional tools do we need?
