Old pages and the links we lost!
This is something that really bugs me, we have many years of content created on the old SFx. For example some time ago we ran a contest and most of the stuff about the contest was posted on SFx. So I have a page on my site where the first 3 links are to those pages on SFx, but all three links are now dead. There must be thousands and thousands of links to the old SFx pages
So yeah sure I can update my page and link to the archive (and I will). But what about all the other incoming links (for example those on Digg and other social sites, those on blogs all over the net)?
Unfortunately SFx v2 also uses "node" so it's not a simple case of redirecting "node" to the archive of the old SFx. Maybe we can still rename the groups on SFx v2 to "group" instead of "node"?
There doesn't seem to be any good solution, but the loss a so many incoming links bugs me.
